Your name, verified email address, the MasOS order details your band sends us, the payment requests you save, the transfer details and proof files you submit, and the history of every status change.
Who can see it
You see only your own records. Approved seTTle staff can see records they need to verify payments. Your files are stored privately and are never published at a public link.
What we never ask for
Online banking passwords, PINs, card numbers or one-time codes.
How long we keep it
Retention periods have not been approved yet. Payment records are kept as financial history and are not deleted when an account closes.
